Cancellation Policy

I wish to participate in the KR SESSION offered by Miriam Esterlich. As a precondition to participating in the activity, I have read the following Release Agreement and agree to its terms. The KR sessions, whilst care is taken, are not without risk which I accept, and in turn indemnify in full, on a solicitor and client basis, Miriam Esterlich against all liabilities, damages and costs arising from KR session. This includes but is not limited to, liabilities arising from any cause such as negligence, contract, statute including the Civil Liability Act 2002, tortious or common law for any injury, death, loss, property damage or expense arising out of or sustained to me, in the course of my participation in the KR Session offered by Miriam Esterlich. I agree that Miriam Esterlich is not responsible in the event of loss, damage, unauthorised use, theft or injury resulting from and to any personal property that I bring onto or undertake on the premises. I also confirm that my health is sufficient, and has no illness, injury or ailments which will prevent participation in KR Sessions in a safe manner without risk to me or others. I recognise that this Agreement and Release and Waiver is a legal instrument and that it is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by Australian law. Miriam’s liability in the aggregate is the refund of the fees paid for the KR session. I recognise that by accepting this document I am waiving certain legal rights, including the right to sue and I sign it of my own free will and assume all aspects of the risks involved on myself.
