Bringing together my  knowledge and expertise as a Psychologist, Energy Healer (specialized   in aura and chakra healing), Kundalini Activation Facilitator, shadow  work, yoga and meditation teacher, this retreat is crafted to empower  and heal you.

About the event:

WHEN: Saturday 23rd of December from 8:45am to 8pm (Lunch included). Sydney time, GMT+11

• 60 min Yoga Session (focused on unblocking all the chakras)
• Deep  Work on the energy body (through meditation, visualisation, breathwrok,  somatic practises and other techniques that will help you to release  blockages in the energy body)

It’s  a journey through the chakras! Each energy centre in our body has a  field where there is repressed information. This information is inherit  from past generations or created from past experiences as emotional  traumas. This information can be manifested in the physical body in form  of deseas, fears, insecurities, pain, limiting beliefs….

Depending  on your internal frequency you attract or repel other external  vibrations. Everything you have or everything that is happening in your  life is not a coincidence. You create your own reality. You are the  outcome of yourself.
