What to bring: Comfy winter clothes, bottle of water and an open heart. Blankets and mats will be provided
What to expect? This is a special session with the 12 new Kundalini Revive facilitators. It might be more intense that usual. Be ready to meditate, to do breathwork and to do somatic practises. The energy transmission usually lasts between 60-70 min depending on the energy of the group.
