Where: Byron Yoga Centre (6 Byron St, Bryon Bay)
When: Saturday 6th of July at 11am - New Moon (Sydney time, GMT +10)
Duration: Around 2h (healing can take time, so come without any rush to finish)
What to bring: Comfy clothes, bottle of water and an open heart. Be aware there is no heater in the studio, I will provide blankets but make sure you are coming with enough warm clothes.
What to expect? I do hold the sessions in a different way of other practitioners. Be ready to meditate, to do breathwork, to do somatic practises and sometimes I include journaling. The energy transmission usually lasts between 60-80 min depending on the energy of the group.
